I can remember driving past this convenience store thinking "I'd never pay THAT much for gas!"....
Now, paying 87.9 cents/litre for supreme seems like a dream come true. As you can see, the store has long since closed. I'm just glad I got a picture of these old gas prices before the signs were removed!

Holy crap! It costs me $90 to fill up my behemoth now. I remember the days when $5 could fill a quarter tank... at least!
Is this the store I think it is? On the schoolbus route home? Remember when the bus tipped over in the mud (or was it snow?) and we had to all get off at the store and get rides home, and we were both so excited to tell mom/dad the news we raced down the hill to the house and I had an asthma attack and dad yelled at us? Good times
