Lower Branch, NS
Driving down the Lower Branch road last night, I saw a couple people walking along the shoulder and swatting around their head...I knew they were swatting black flies, but I didn't know how BAD they were until I stopped to take these photos. The flies were HORRENDOUS!
Fresh brake burns, black flies, lawns dotted with yellow forsythia and daffodils and pink/white magnolia blossoms....it must be spring:
What is it with people doing brake burns in front of churches? Is it the Lun. County equivalent of saying "tabernacle" in Quebec?
