One of the perks of working in Lunenburg, I get the chance to eat a luncheon offered by local church groups. What a treat, let me see if I can recall all the sammiches:
Lunch was provided by Unit 2 of the United Church Women of Trinity United (Rose Bay). If memory serves me correctly, it consisted of the following sandwiches: Chicken salad, cream cheese & cherry, cream cheese and candied ginger, a little pastry/quiche, coffee cake and fruit cake with cheese slices, butterscotch/marshmallow square and a peanut butter/chocolate chip square...
Let's just say that this is better than most of the lunches I make for myself!
