Note to self....do more redundant backups

Well folks, I've learned the hard way...back up your work, and back it up frequently.

My hard drive just died and I lost the last 2 weeks of my photographs. So, enjoy the pictures on my blog from the last couple weeks they are all that remain of my recent works..... Now, gotta go home and start burning off the copies of my pictures I still have!

Here's another skating shot that I salvaged from the 'sent items' in Outlook. Good thing I emailed it to a friend!

Sheesh, this temp. is 'balmy' in comparison....

...it was -20 when I woke up this morning, brrrr......

Crispy Chicken Bites

1 1/2 cups corn flake cereal (crushed)
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup milk
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in to 2 inch pieces)
1/4 cup butter, melted
Garnish: favourite dipping sauce

Combine cereal and seasonings in a shallow bowl; set aside. Pour milk into a separate bowl. Dip chicken pieces into milk, then into crumbs and coat thoroughly. Place in single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Drizzle butter over chicken, sprinkle with additional salt, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle. Serve with your favorite sauce. Serves 4

Every now and then I see this vertical sunbeam on the way in to work....finally stopped and took a picture. Too bad it wasn't on a section of road with now power lines in view, oh well.

Luckily I tried adjusting the EV compensation to make it darker, slowly learning!
