Trinity United in RoseBay will be hosting "Sharing Soup" tomorrow, Enjoy a bowl of home-made hot soup, crackers and cookies in exchange for an item of gently used warm clothing or non-perishable food which will be forwarded to needy people.
Tea, coffee and juice will also be available. Soups available: Chicken noodle, Hamburger and Vegetable. (no meat broth used in the vegetable).
Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green pepper and onion. Saute just until vegetables are tender; drain. Transfer sausage mixture into a lightly greased 13"X9" baking pan. Add frozen potatoes; toss to mix. Combine biscuit mix, milk, eggs, mixture, mixing well. Bake, uncovered at 400 F for 40 minutes, until set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake for an additional 5 to 8 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serves 12.
Well folks, I've learned the hard way...back up your work, and back it up frequently.
My hard drive just died and I lost the last 2 weeks of my photographs. So, enjoy the pictures on my blog from the last couple weeks they are all that remain of my recent works.....Now, gotta go home and start burning off the copies of my pictures I still have!
